On April 20th, 2010 a few dozen youngsters of World Likud held a demonstration outside of the annual Independence Day event hosted by Defense Minister Ehud Barak. The demonstration focused on ceasing the plan to demolish the houses of Major Roi Klein and Major Eliraz Peretz. The demonstrators demanded that during this annual Independence Day event Defense Minister Ehud Barak must declare that the houses be left untouched as opposed to his previous statement where he expressed that the decision on demolishing or not should be postponed for 6 months.
